A.The history of forming of Pangkalpinang'sreligious court
 

Pangkalpinang's religious court was formed based on religious minister decree No. 58/1957 dated November 13, 1957 about the forming of Religious Court /  Syar'iah Law Court in Sumatera. The minister referred KH. Abdullah Addari as chief of the religious court / syariah law court.

As does other institution, at the time of first forming, Pangkalpinang's religious court has not been provided a representative building as office facilities, therefore, it used a spotted building which called together building located / having address in Tanah Tinggi road. At the era 1976's, Drs. Sofwan Marzuki as its chief got a spotted land from Local Government of Pangkalpinang, and finally, permanent building for operational activity and conference was built. It is the building which now in occupying by Religious Court of Pangkalpinang that addressed in Major of Syafrie Rahman, KM. 3 Pangkalpinang before, and now becomes at Soekarno Hatta, Km. 3 No. 1A, Pangkalpinang.

In the beginning, the building of Pangkalpinang's religious court cannot be regarded as government building. After long proccess and generations, the court finally could has its own representative building that measured 513 m2 and has two storey
