Badilag extends deepest condolences on Sumatra earthquake 
Jakarta | badilag.net/english Badilag is deeply moved by the heavy casualties and loss of property following the recent deadly earthquake that struck West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The building of PTA (High Religious Court) Padang was badly damaged by the quake (see picture). The building of PA (Religious Court) Pariaman is also reported to have suffered from many cracks. Minor cracks also struck several PA’s buildings in this devastated province. Directorate General of Badilag (Religious Courts Body) wishes to extend its deepest condolences to the victims and sincere sympathy to the families. Badilag hopes that those, particularly Religious Courts’ officers, who have suffered from the disaster would find courage and determination to cope with the recent difficulties. |

Tournament PTWP (Tennis Association of Court Members) 2009 will be started soon. To enliven the tournament, Religion High Court's PTWP of Bangka Belitung archipelago also sends its contingent. For this year PTWP tournament will be held in Palembang, South Sumatera which will be continued with IKAHI (Indonesia Judge Tying) Conference and National Working Meeting of RI High Court 2009. This Year religion appelote court of Bangka Belitung sends its contingent of 10 mans, consists of the judge and Religion Court Officer for Religion High Court of Bangka Belitung region. Release ceremony of contingent of Bangka Belitung Religion High Court PTWP is held yesterday in office yard of Bangka Belitung Religion High Court (red. Wednwsday, 30 September 2009). |

To succesed one of result of Great Rakernas of RI High Court 2008 in Jakarta, Religion High Court Bangka Belitung to instruction of General Director of Badilag performed a training of SIADPA and SIADPTA implementation for all Religion Court of Bangka Belitung archipelago centralized in Religion High Court Babel's office to realize court modernization, last monday (red. 14 September 2009). The activity opened by Babel's Religion High Court Drs. H. Dja'far Abdul Muchith, SH. MHi. approximately followed by 20 participants consisted of fiscal cleck functionary and operator of SIADPA & SIADPTA from each working unit. In the briefing, Religion High Court of Bangka Belitung gave the motivation that the participants must give they serious attempt following this event.
Religion High Court Bangka Belitung told taht this training is third training about the function of SIADPA for Bangka Belitung Religion High Court, "Supposing people run, after third count was the time to run". Hence, expected that after this brief training, the application of SIADPA & SIADPTA earns soon runs maximumly so that Religion Court in this Bangka Belitung archipelago forward become one of sequential program.

Wednesday Morning (05/08), Bangka Belitung Religion High Court does direct observation in the area of Pangkalpinang Religion Court. Through duty letter from Chief of Religion High Court of Bangka Belitung Number : W28/862/PS.01/VII/2009 date July 29 2009, Religion High Court of Bangka Belitung send Drs. H. Marwan AM, MHi. - Drs. M. Nasir, SH. and Samson Nahar, SAg. as the observer. The construction done covers the pbservation fiscal clerk sector and secretariat. More specifically in the duty letter Drs. H. Marwan AM, MHi. and Samson Nahar, SAg. observer the realization of capital spend and supply of Duty House Project of Pangkalpinang Religion Court, while Drs. M. Nasir, SH. observe the execution of case technical in Pangkalpinang Religion Court. Up to this new reported, the observation still taking place with adjoining by the chief, Drs. H. Abu Bakar, SH.
